Two year course
The main objectives of the Course is to provide specific training on the styles of contemporary art graphics in visual arts, in relation to current practices of creating and to critical discussion. The main focus is the knowledge of the rich and varied world of graphic arts, from drawing to photography, from the classical engraving of the great Masters through to digital fine art, a set of teachings aimed at going beyond providing really operative, methodological and planning and design know-how, to include cultural, instructive teachings, allowing for a greater awareness and ability in the development of one’s own artistic project.

Admission is automatic for those students who have graduated from the Accademia di Brera with the First Level Academic Diploma in Graphic Arts.

Second Level, Master Graduates in Graphic Arts will develop and consolidate skills enabling them to take on professional roles in different fields: from a freelance professional artist and more generally in the vast field of visual arts, to creative activities and didactics, in publishing, in the world of illustration and/or graphic design. The cultural background will be enhanced by operational skills and know-how from the history of art through to aesthetics, providing the necessary skills to successfully undertake professional careers in the varied world of art.
