Notes
Restoration/Conservation, Stage and Fashion Design departments can accept only students coming from the same department/faculty; it is preferable for the whole year and not only for one semester, because courses are annual.
For Fashion Design we can accept only one student per Partner Institution.
On your arrival it is necessary to come to the Erasmus office for the registration procedure with two identity photos, your identity card and all Erasmus papers of your Home Institution.
Brera has no students residences, but the Erasmus office will help you in giving indication in order to find accommodation.

Selections
A Commission will evaluate the applications by drawing up a ranking. The criteria adopted are as follows: the portfolio, an evaluation of the artistic and professional curriculum, the number of exams taken, the average of passed exams, assessment of English proficiency or the language of the chosen Country.
Students are required to contact the Erasmus office to find out about the results of the selections.
Length
Through the ERASMUS + program, Brera Academy students have the opportunity to spend a period of study and/or training, not less than 2 months and no longer than 12, at one of the Partner Institutions which, in possession of the ECHE Card, has signed a bilateral agreement with our Academy.
The application has to be presented for the following academic year and the study or traineeship period can be carried out starting from September 1st of the following year.
Erasmus Status
Students will be able to attend courses and take advantage from the facilities available at the host Institution without any additional enrollment fees. Students are also guaranteed that their period of study abroad is recognized through the transfer of their respective credits.
Most European Universities/Academies have adopted the European credit transfer system ECTS. For the recognition of the period of study abroad, it is essential to obtain 30 ECTS credits for a half-year and 60 ECTS credits for the entire year.
